Welcome to my site. I am an Australian who has been living in Singapore for the last 15 years. I started with film late last century and learned the basic skills of photography. I then converted to digital sometime around the year 2000. Digital photography has been an interesting adventure. On one hand it is so easy if all you want to do is take snapshots. On the other hand, if you want to go beyond the basics there is a very steep (and expensive) learning curve. Learning is a continuous process, but I feel that at last I have reached a point where it is about the image and not the technology. My photographic interests are very wide ranging, but I have a preference for creativity.
